Biography

Before joining the North Carolina Central University Eagle’s family, Ms. Carroll served at Winston-Salem State University as the Personal and Career Development Counselor. In this role, she planned, promoted, and executed large-scale events, workshops, and information sessions, ensuring all ran smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, she contributed to program development, recruitment, community engagement, and partnership initiatives.

Ms. Carroll is a performance-driven and team-focused professional in the Educational Leadership and Development industry and is accomplished at building partnerships and advocating for programs and stakeholders’ needs. She is focused on leadership development and student engagement and is compelled to improve growth and opportunities.
