Biography
Matthew Neely, a North Carolina native, received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Western Carolina in Matthew graduated from Samford University from a joint degree program with a Master of Divinity and a Law Degree in December of 2016. While at Howard, he was an editorial board member of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy. Matthew then earned a Master of Library and Information Science Degree from the University of Washington in 2018.
Matthew joined NCCU School of Law as a reference librarian in 2018, where he currently serves. He teaches First Year Legal Research Course and Advanced Legal Research. He serves on several regional and national library committees and he is a member of the Missouri Bar.
