Congratulations To NCCU Law’s Peggy Browning Fellow

Congratulations to our own Legal Eagle, Rianah Alexander! Selected for a Peggy Browning summer fellowship to advance causes for workers’ rights, she is currently gaining valuable experience at the National Employment Law Project (NELP).

When asked about her current work and growth this year, Ms. Alexander said, “Through my internship at National Employment Law Project (NELP), I am gaining insight into the role of legal counsel in the fight for low-wage workers and unemployed workers. ‘The most common way people give up their power is by thinking they don’t have any.’
