United States Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals

The United States Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals will hold court on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, starting at 9:30 a.m.

We invite NCCU Law students to attend and witness this historic event. Following the oral arguments, there will be a town hall session where students can pose questions to the judges, after which the judges will gather in the Great Hall for lunch.

If you plan to attend the oral arguments, please ensure you are dressed in business attire and have a valid photo identification to enter the courtroom. Please note that once the arguments begin, you will not be permitted to leave or re-enter until the session concludes. There will be three arguments, and you may come and go between the sessions.
