Setting Up Wireless Access

Connect to Eagles Wi-Fi
(Campus Wireless Network for all devices)

The new Eagles Wi-Fi requires only one log-in each semester for each device
NCCU (the old Wi-Fi network) required a log-in (Cisco) each time the device location changed
To Connect:

1. Open Network Settings
2. Choose Eagles Wi-Fi
3. Open Web Browser (Chrome, FireFox, Explorer, etc.)
4. Open new tab
5. Connection instructions for Eagles Wi-Fi will load
6. Choose student, faculty or staff
7. Choose Next
8. Login with with Username and Password

Next:
Lose the old NCCU network via the device’s Network Settings

● Windows Based Devices: Uncheck the ‘remember this network box’
● Apple Laptops: Go to the advanced section, find ‘NCCU’ and click the (-) button

Connect to Eagles Wi-Fi

Android Mobile (phone, tablet)
1. Choose Eagles Wi-Fi (does not connect yet) Close Settings
2. Open Web Browser (Chrome, FireFox, Explorer, etc.)
3. Open Web Browser (Chrome, FireFox, Explorer, etc.)
4. Open new tab
5. Connection instructions for Eagles Wi-Fi will load
6. Choose student, faculty or staff
7. Choose Next
8. Login with with Username and Password
9. Open Settings
10. Open Wi-Fi
11. Open Information Button next to NCCU
12. Choose Forget Network
