The Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Law Review focuses on the innovative and ground-breaking legal issues that many courts have yet to address.

Guidelines for Submissions

Article submissions may be made in their entirety or in abstract form, providing a brief summary of the article or intended article. Submissions should be made in Microsoft Word format. Please do not submit PDFs. Submissions should be presented in Bluebook format, with footnotes.

Submissions may also be made to our “Hot Topics in Biotechnology” section of the journal. This section has become a resource of short articles for practitioners and students in the following areas: Intellectual Property, Patent Law and Global Technology.  Esteemed practitioners in the aforementioned practice areas are encouraged to submit short articles on important recent developments in their respective fields of practice. We also have a “Book Review” section of the journal. We are currently accepting submissions.
