OCI stands for On-Campus Interviewing. Although this term is typically thought of as referring to a program that occurs during the fall, OCI at NCCU occurs year round. OCI affords employers an orderly process through which they can evaluate students for summer and permanent positions. All job postings for OCI employers are found on Symplicity.

All students with interviews obtained through OCI are expected to be on time. If a student is late for an interview and does not call to notify the Career Services Office prior to the time of the scheduled interview or if the student is repeatedly late, then the CSO reserves the right to ban the student from future participation in OCI.
