  • Please provide as much information as possible to ensure fast processing of your request. Please obtain the item's call number using the NCCU Libraries Catalog.
  • Copyright Law of the United States (Title 17, United States Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material. Photocopies or other reproductions can be furnished only under certain conditions, if they will be used solely for private study, scholarship, or research. Use of the reproduction for other purposes may make the user liable for copyright infringement. North Carolina Central University School of Law Library reserves the right to refuse a document delivery request if, in its judgment, fulfilling the request would constitute a violation of copyright law.
