NCCU Law Students Launch Blog Radio Show

In the fall of 2010, Professor Reddix-Smalls’ Constitutional Law II – First Amendment class launched a blogtalkradio show entitled “iSpeak First Amendment Blog Radio.” The purpose of the show is to facilitate robust discussions by Constitutional Law scholars and the public, on issues relating to the First Amendment, Freedom of Speech.

The Show is back this semester for a fall 2011 season with a new class of 3Ls rotating hosting duties from week to week. 3L Jillian Mack produces the show with 3L Latrice McDowell acting as Assistant Producer on the days the show airs. The weekly topics focus on issues relating to the First Amendment of the United States Constitution such as: the proposed Constitutional Amendment to ban Gay marriage, One Nation for all…as long as you speak English, Justice O’Conner’s Ceremonial Deism concept and the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment.
