Titichia Mitchell Jackson is a native of North Carolina. She attended Fayetteville State University from 2002 to 2006 and graduated as valedictorian of her class with a B.A. in English and Political Science. Attorney Jackson later received an M.A.in English from Fayetteville State University in 2008. Attorney Jackson received her Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, from North Carolina Central University School of Law in 2011. While at NCCU, she served as class president, editor for the Law Journal, and tutor for civil procedure. Attorney Jackson is licensed in North Carolina and Virginia.

After graduating from NCCU, Attorney Jackson worked as the Director of Legal Education for BARBRI, Inc. As Director, she managed the production of the North Carolina BARBRI bar review course. While working for BARBRI, Attorney Jackson served as legal advisor and liaison to law school students, recent graduates, and administration across the state of North Carolina.

In 2011, Attorney Jackson established a private practice focusing primarily in the area of family law. In her private practice she litigates divorce, child support, child custody, and separation cases.

Currently, Attorney Jackson teaches LRA and NC Distinctions at NCCU Law. She is a member of the 14th Judicial District Bar, the North Carolina State Bar, and the Virginia State Bar. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Attorney Jackson resides in Durham with her husband, Joshua. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
