A special alumni challenge from the North Carolina Central University School of Law “Legal Eagle Alumni Lead Team” is in effect right now.  If you have already contributed to the challenge, thank you very much.  If not, here is how the challenge works.

The NCCU School of Law “Legal Eagle Alumni Lead Team” members have pledged to contribute collectively $20,000 this fiscal year to help us reach our monetary goal of $250,000 in alumni contributions, in celebration of the School of Law’s upcoming 70th Anniversary in 2009.  Your contribution of $50, $100, $1000, or whatever amount is right for you, will help us reach our goal of 20% alumni participation (650 contributions), and raise the $230,000 required for this generous match from the following alums:

In these difficult economic times, the NCCU School of Law, now more than ever, is counting on alumni financial contributions to provide funding for merit and need based scholarships, educational training programs, enhanced resources for the library, a state of the art learning environment, student projects, clinical training programs, and operating needs of the School of Law.
