Tours of the Law School
North Carolina Central University School of Law conducts tours of the law school for prospective students. Guided tours will be held on most Fridays at 1:00 p.m. Typically the tour will take about 45 minutes and will be followed immediately by an information session. If you are interested in attending a tour of the school please go to the “Visit the law School” page on our School of Law’s website to register for the event. A confirmation email will be sent to you with event details, parking and directions to the law school within 24 hours.
If you have admissions questions, please email us at Law Recruiter. An Admissions Professional will respond to your email.
You can check your application status online via the “Check Application Status” link on our School of Law’s website. If you need help with your Username or Password, please email us at Law Recruiter. Final decisions generally take up to six weeks after a file is complete. However, mid-range applicant decisions, applicants who have been recommended for the law school’s Performance Based Admissions Program (PBAP), or who have criminal, civil liability, or misconduct notations on their applications generally take longer. Applicants who apply late in the admissions cycle, PBAP participants, wait-listed applicants, and transfer and visiting student applicants may not receive a final decision until July. Telephone inquiries, e-mails, and letters requesting a decision will not accelerate the evaluation process.
